Jeff began his career at MJM as an apprentice in 2003. After making Journeyman status, Jeff quickly rose through the ranks as Foreman then General Foreman. Through the years Jeff was tasked with installing some of MJM’s largest and most complex projects including, but not limited to; Busch Garden’s Jungala Expansion (5+ Million Dollars in electrical), Yuengling Brewery Upgrades (3+ Million dollars electrical), and MacDill Air Force Base 15kv Underground Upgrades.
Eventually it became clear that Jeff was most often the “smartest man in the room”. Jeff’s ability to analyze complicated processes and research solutions made it obvious his talents were being underutilized. In 2018 Jeff was moved into the role of Project Engineer and now Project Engineer/Estimator. Jeff is a continuation of MJM Electric’s effort of bringing in the next generation of highly skilled talent. This also follows a long MJM tradition of employees working up through the ranks and into roles with greater responsibilities. This long-time continuity helps us focus on our customers’ needs in a way that is unmatched by our competition.
