TECO Fueling Stations at Winter Haven, Plant City and Western Operations

MJM Electric will be installing power and controls to (3) separate TECO facilities for new fueling stations. We will be installing power feeder raceways and wiring for the new power panels for each of the fueling stations. New LED light fixtures will be installed on the new canopies as well as emergency shutdown push buttons for the new pumps.

Saputo – New Batching and Blending Building

MJM Electric will be installing a new 400 amp/3-phase 480 volt panel and new 100 amp 3-phase 120/208 volt panel for the new Batching and Blending building. We will be installing 28 new LED fixtures with occupancy sensors installed in each fixture.

MJM Electric introduces Bobby Bolling as the new purchasing agent. Bobby replaces long time employee Chuck Gartley who recently retired. Bobby has been with MJM Electric for over 10 years and initially began his career here as an apprentice. Bobby’s abilities as an outstanding field supervisor separated him from his peers and it became clear that he would be an asset to the MJM Electric team if added to the staff.

University of South Florida – New 15kv Feeder

USF- Cable Replacement- MJM Electric will furnish and install 3 conductor #4/0 15Kv cable from switch P-0088 to switch P-006 via four manholes. MJM Electric will be required to splice cables in manhole #44. MJM Electric will also install new fault indicators at various tie points and terminate the new 15Kv cables.

Tampa International Airport- Beck Security (TPA)

MJM Electric has been awarded the TPA Security Systems Upgrades Phase 2 – 5 electrical & LV scope of work at Tampa International Airport. This work will include upgrades to the video & card access systems. MJM Electric’s responsibilities will include managing lower tier communications & fire alarm subcontractors, coordination with other subs, & executions of an aggressive schedule that minimizes gate closure and impact to airport operations.

Saputo Fiber and Data for New Warehouse

MJM Electric was tasked with installing a 12 count fiber from thier data room to various locations in the new warehouse that was just completed. We also installed (3) runs of fiber, terminated and tested the fiber. MJM Electric installed new Cat-6 cables to all access points for printers, computers and wi-fi. The customer provided all the equipment and we were able to install them in the cabinets and terminate. We worked with their IT department which is located out of state to make sure the new system was on line and working properly.
