Warehouses Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, Power and Retrofit Lighting

TECO acquired property with 10 abandoned warehouses that had previously been stripped of all electrical components. MJM Electric was tasked with restoring power to the warehouses. This required us to coordinate with TECO to make safe all existing secondary power from the transformers feeding the buildings. We installed new transformers, panels and disconnects throughout the buildings. Our scope of work also included work pertaining to installing a new fire alarm system in conjunction with a subcontractor for each of the buildings to comply with life safety requirements. While on site we also retrofitted all of the existing fixtures on site to LED. Coordination with TECO and working with multiple subcontractors was vital on this project to make this a successful project.
